Mojito Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
4 cups cubed watermelon
2 cups pineapple chunks
2 cups sliced strawberries
3/4 cup blueberries
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3 packets no-calorie sweetener
1 tsp. lime zest
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all fruit.
In a small bowl, combine mint, lime juice, sweetener, and zest. Thoroughly muddle (mash).
Add mint mixture to the fruit, and stir to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.
