Two-Ingredient Dough Recipe Made with Canned Pumpkin
Two-Ingredient Dough Recipe Made with Canned Pumpkin
We LOVE traditional two-ingredient dough, which is made with equal parts self-rising flour and fat-free Greek yogurt. But we also love to innovate, so we came up with a seasonal spin that’s completely NEW and dairy free! The canned pure pumpkin gives it a nice texture—and like with our regular two-ingredient dough, the flavor is enhanced by whatever optional seasonings you choose to add. So versatile! Here's how to make it… Start with a mix of 1/2 cup self-rising flour and 1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin. Add seasonings like garlic powder and onion powder to take things in a savory direction; add spices like cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to make things sweet! Form your dough into goodies like scones, biscuits, bagels, or bagel bites, and cook in an air fryer or oven until golden brown and cooked through. So easy, and so delicious!
